Cellular rejuvenation and thermal lifting
A protocol focused on firmness: broadband light pulses combined with deep, controlled heating of the skin. The treatment supports tissue tone and fibroblast activity, without needles and without taking you out of daily life.
Treatment and recovery
Sensations during treatment
Pulses feel like warmth with a brief snap; during the thermal lifting stage the heat is more pronounced and lasts longer.
Return to everyday activities
A few hours are usually enough for redness and warmth to settle. On the day of the treatment we skip the sauna and intense exercise, and use SPF 50 in the following days.
Treatment plan
Most often 3-4 sessions every 3-4 weeks, followed by maintenance visits. The plan is set after the skin consultation.
How are light and thermal lifting combined?
The session rests on two pillars. The first is filtered broadband light that warms the dermis and stimulates fibroblasts to produce new fibres. The second is thermal lifting: deeper, longer sustained heating that contracts existing collagen fibres and creates an impression of immediate tightening. Both stages are delivered with a contact-cooled handpiece, so the epidermis stays protected.
Why does the effect build over time?
Fibre contraction shows fastest but is a temporary reaction. The more durable part of the result is collagen remodelling, which takes weeks in the skin, so we usually assess the full picture after 4-8 weeks, or after the last visit in a planned series. Research on broadband light also describes changes in skin gene expression after a series of sessions; that is a scientific observation, not a promise of a specific rejuvenating result.
Face, neck or décolletage?
The “face” option covers the oval and cheeks. “Face + neck” makes sense when neck skin loses tone faster than the face, which is common with head-down screen work. “Face + neck + décolletage” is chosen for thin, slackening décolletage skin and vertical lines. Each option takes 40 minutes and differs only in the treated area.
Frequently asked questions about cellular rejuvenation and thermal lifting
Will anyone see that the skin has been treated?
Most often redness and a feeling of warmth appear and settle within a few hours. Make-up can usually be applied the next day, but we decide after assessing how the skin responds.
Is it an alternative to needle-based treatments?
It is a different route: light and heat work without breaking the skin barrier. With pronounced laxity the result can be subtler than after needle procedures, which is why we discuss realistic expectations before the first session.
Treatment variants
Benefits
- Support for skin firmness without needling
- Collagen remodelling stimulated by heat and light
- A treatment without typical downtime
Who it is for
For people noticing the first signs of skin laxity, a loss of tone in the oval, neck or décolletage, who are looking for non-invasive firmness support, including preventive care.
What results to expect
The skin can look better toned and smoother, and features appear more rested. The effect builds gradually and depends on skin age, starting condition and the number of sessions.
