These rules describe the terms on which you may use the virtual AI assistant available on the Studio AP website. By using the assistant, you accept these rules and confirm that you understand the informational nature of the answers.
1. What the assistant is
The AI assistant is an informational tool that helps you find information about the offer, treatments and arranging a visit. Answers are generated by an artificial intelligence system based on a prepared knowledge base and general sources. You are not talking to a human or to salon staff.
2. Service provider and access to the service
The assistant service is provided by STUDIO AP Anna Przetaczek, whose registered office is at Bolesława Limanowskiego 28, 32-020 Wieliczka. Contact for matters concerning the assistant’s operation, errors or complaints: anna.przetaczek@gmail.com. Voice features require a microphone and separate consent. Use is voluntary, free of charge and does not require an account. You can end use by closing the widget or leaving the site.
3. AI transparency and no automated decisions
The assistant is marked as an AI tool. Its answers are not decisions of Studio AP, do not produce legal effects and do not replace an individual assessment by salon staff. We do not use the assistant for emotion recognition, biometric identification or health assessment.
4. Informational only - not medical advice
The assistant does not provide medical advice, does not diagnose, does not qualify you for treatments and does not replace a consultation with a cosmetologist or doctor. Decisions about treatments, contraindications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, illnesses or medication are always made after an individual consultation at the salon. For urgent matters or health-related issues, contact a doctor or the appropriate emergency services, not the assistant.
5. No guarantee of accuracy or results
The assistant’s answers may be incomplete or out of date. Binding information about prices, availability and treatment details is confirmed through the official booking channel (Booksy) or directly at the salon. The assistant does not promise treatment results.
6. Rules of use
- Do not enter sensitive data (e.g. about your health) or other people’s data in the chat.
- Do not use the assistant unlawfully, abusively, or to attempt to disrupt its operation.
- Do not use the assistant to book, cancel or change an appointment - use Booksy or contact the salon directly.
- Voice features require consent to use the microphone; the audio may be recognised in the browser or sent to external voice services.
7. Personal data
The rules for processing data within the assistant (including sending content to AI providers and retention periods) are described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Studio AP is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the assistant’s answers. If in doubt, please contact us directly.
9. Changes to these rules
We may update these rules as the service develops. The current version is always available on this page.
