Brows can change the perception of the whole face, but a good effect is not about one fashionable shape for everyone. We choose brow shaping in one way, henna with shaping in another, and brow lamination in yet another.
The best styling is matched to the natural direction of the hairs, the facial features, the hair colour and how much daily care you want to do at home.
Shaping: order without colour
Shaping works well when the brows have a good colour and density but need their shape tidied up. It is the simplest option if you want a subtle effect and to keep a natural look.
Henna or tint: more definition
Tinting the brows or lashes helps with light, barely visible hairs. The version with shaping gives a more refined effect, because colour and shape work together. With earlier allergic reactions, stinging, eyelid swelling or skin irritation, caution is needed.
Lamination: when the hairs are unruly
Brow lamination makes sense when the hairs grow in different directions, are hard to set, or you want a fuller, tidier arch. Lamination with tint combines setting with colour, so the effect is more pronounced.
Safety around the eye
The skin of the eyelids and around the eye is delicate. If, after earlier tinting, you experienced itching, swelling, stinging, watering, blisters or a rash, it is not worth doing another treatment “to try”. First we need to discuss the reaction and possibly consult it medically.
How to choose?
- you only want tidying up: choose shaping
- you have light hairs: consider henna or tint
- the brows are hard to set: consider lamination
- you have allergies or sensitive eyes: start with a conversation about safety
- before an important event, do not try strong styling for the first time the day before
Brows should emphasise the face, not dominate it. That is why we match the intensity to your looks, not to a reference photo without context.
