Lash lift and lamination and brow lamination are treatments for people who want to emphasise the natural frame of the eye without daily styling. The effect can be elegant and convenient, but the eye area requires special caution.

The most important thing is matching the treatment to the condition of the hairs, the skin, earlier allergic reactions and the desired effect.

Who can lamination be a good choice for?

Tinting and the eye area

With treatments that include tinting, special caution is needed. The eye area is sensitive, and allergic reactions can include itching, stinging, eyelid swelling, redness and watering. If you have ever had a reaction to henna, dye, glue or an eye cosmetic, you must report it before the treatment.

When to take a break?

We do not perform the treatment with conjunctivitis, a stye, recent eye surgery, eyelid irritation, wounds, a strong allergy, an active infection or very weakened hairs. If the lashes or brows are dried out and brittle, regeneration and gentler styling may be better.

How to care for the effect?

Right after the treatment we usually avoid wetting, the sauna, intense rubbing and oily products in the eye area, in line with the stylist’s recommendations. Later, gentle cleansing and not overloading the hairs with aggressive products are important.

The nicest lamination is one that emphasises the look and does not overload the hairs. A natural effect requires good technique and sensible breaks.
